To simplify the choice of gifts for your friends, we offer gift vouchers in various denominations to suit any budget. You have the option to collect them from our studio, have them delivered by postal service to yourself or directly to your friend.
If you opt for direct delivery to your friend, please provide us with their contact details (name, address, phone number) and ensure they are aware of the incoming delivery to avoid any missed notifications from the postal service.
Alternatively, we can issue a digital gift voucher with a unique code, which can be sent via email or Instagram by your friend or a family member.
Please note, our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They are flexible and can be exchanged for a product of equal, lesser, or higher value. If the chosen item exceeds the voucher amount, the difference can be paid additionally.

Safety and durability of our ceramics take precedence.
All our products are food and drink safe.
They are glazed with lead-free glazes and fired at high temperatures (1220°C), which makes them extremely resistant and durable.
Made of Dust ceramics are dishwasher and microwave-safe.
TIPS:
Avoid exposing very warm ceramics to extremely cold water, or pouring very warm liquid into previously fridged ceramics.
Glazes we use will not retain oil stains. However, in rare cases, unglazed parts of our ceramics may get stained over time. These stains can be removed with rough side of a sponge and baking soda/vinegar.
Made of Dust ceramics are produced in small batches, one piece at the time.
The images shown are representative only of the pieces you will receive due to their handmade nature. Minor variations may occur in tone, decoration, texture and size. Whilst we try our best to color match our photos to our ceramics, they may differ in real life due to different screen settings and lighting.

Where can I see your ceramics in person?
In addition to online ordering for postal delivery, our products are available for viewing and purchase at our studio in Belgrade. Find more information regarding our location and operating hours HERE
What if I receive damaged or broken item?
If you receive a damaged or broken item, please document it with photos immediately upon arrival (if possible, during the opening of the package) and email the photos to us within 24 hours. Be sure to include your details and order number. Each case will be reviewed individually, and damaged or broken items will be replaced or refunded if a valid claim is determined.
What if the product I want to purchase isn’t currently in stock?
We do our best to keep our stock full, but sometimes some models may be out of stock. If the product you want isn’t available now, it's likely it will be back in stock within a few days or weeks. Feel free to email us or message us on Instagram to check the status of your desired item.

Your package will be dispatched within one to two business days following receipt of your order and subsequent payment processing. Consequently, delivery is anticipated within 2-3 business days from the time of order confirmation.
Safe green packaging solution
We ensure the secure shipping of our ceramics by using exclusively recyclable materials. Each ceramic item is carefully packaged in a dedicated box, padded with paper, and then placed within a secondary transportation box. This meticulous process guarantees both the safety of the ceramics during transit and the pristine presentation of the product upon arrival.
