PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

 
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT METHODS

During check-out, you will be offered two options:

• Delivery to your home address
• Studio pick-up

If you choose studio pick-up, your package will be prepared within one working day and will be ready for collection at Albanske Spomenice 19/3 in Belgrade. The pick-up hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Fri) and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sat). Payment can be made at the time of pickup, via direct bank deposit, or in cash. Please note that we can hold your items (if payed through direct bank deposit or a card) for up to 15 calendar days. If they are not collected within this period, they will be returned to stock.
If you prefer to have your package sent through the post office, please read the policies listed below:

Shipping within Serbia (domestic shipping)


In Serbia packages are shipped by Post of Serbia (Post Express courier) and delivered within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

PAYMENTS

 

We offer the following payment options:

- credit card payments,

- direct bank deposit,

- payments upon delivery.

 

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be charged separately. The shipping cost is automatically calculated on our website based on the weight of your package and the official courier pricelist.

If you choose card payment please note that  all payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). Prices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only and are based on the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your credit card will be converted to your local currency using the exchange rate applied by the card organizations, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. Due to this conversion, there may be a slight difference compared to the price listed on our website.

If you choose direct bank deposit as your preferred payment method, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Your order will be confirmed and processed only after the payment is completed. Once the payment is received, you will get an email confirmation of your order. Within 1 to 2 business days, you will also receive a secondary email containing a tracking number and informing you that your package is ready to be dispatched.

If you choose payment upon delivery, the courier will collect cash upon package arrival, which includes the shipping cost. This payment will be transferred to us by the post office at no extra charge.



If the courier is unable to find you at your listed home address, your package will be returned to and held at your post office for up to five business days. Please ensure you collect it within this period to avoid it being returned to us.
MADE OF DUST CERAMICS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please provide precise and detailed address information when placing your order (including the name of the company or office if the package is being shipped to your workplace).

RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS

In Serbia

If you receive a damaged or broken item, please document it with photos immediately upon arrival (if possible, during the opening of the package) and email the photos to us within 24 hours. Be sure to include your details and order number. Each case will be reviewed individually, and damaged or broken items will be replaced or refunded if a valid claim is determined.


Please consider the specific conditions below:


You are eligible for a refund or return under the following condition:


1. You have received damaged or broken item.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please document with a photo immediately after opening the package and email us within a day from reception at info@madeofdustceramics.com


Please consider the specific conditions listed below:


A) If you have received the item damaged in transportation, we can replace it with a new one and cover the shipping cost, in case we have the same item in stock.
B) If the item you purchased and received broken or damaged isn’t in stock, we will reimburse the amount you paid.

2. If you made a mistake during the checkout, and you have ordered the item of wrong size or finish you can return the item you have received and re-order the new item at your expense.

3. If we made a mistake and packed the item of wrong size, finish etc. we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a new item.


We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless you have received an item damaged in transportation. In case you opened the package immediately upon receipt and it was broken, this is to be documented immediately and reported to us. If the package was sitting unopened for more than 1 day from the receipt and damages occurred days after reception, we can’t be sure that damages happened during the transportation and these damages will not be a subject for a return or refund.

Unless the items arrived broken or damaged, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where can I view and purchase your products?

You are welcome to visit our studio during listed working hours without an appointment. Should you wish to discuss a potential collaboration with us, kindly send us an email, and we will schedule a meeting at your convenience.

Do you accept custom orders?

We specialize in the continuous development of our own designs, prioritizing optimized and thoroughly tested shapes and maximum functionality in our pieces. As such, we do not undertake custom projects for individual customers. However, we occasionally engage in custom wholesale projects (20+ items) that allow for adequate time for design development, testing, and coordination with clients. If you are interested in discussing a potential collaboration for a cafeteria, restaurant, or similar venue, please feel free to reach out to us.

Do you provide gift packaging?

Our 'standard' packaging includes a cardboard box, brand brochure, gift card, dry flower decorations, and other fine craft details that highlight the handmade and unique nature of your gift. Additionally, we are currently developing a luxury box design that will be available for purchase, perfect for elegant and special occasions such as weddings and anniversaries.

The cost of customs taxes is influenced by various factors such as the declared value of the goods, their country of origin, the type of items being imported, and any tariffs or duties imposed by the importing country's customs policies.
